FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • At Hollier Sports, we pride ourselves on a holistic approach to football training. Our programs are designed not only to enhance technical skills but also to foster personal growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship. We have a dedicated team of experienced coaches who are not just trainers but mentors, committed to developing good people and great players.

We make an effort to get to know our players, helping them overcome and bounce back from challenges and celebrate the wins with them.

Your child is not just a jersey number to us. We've all been to enough coaching programs to know how easy it is for kids to fly under the radar and to feel invisible. At Hollier Sports we see your child and we actually care about their confidence, personal and technical development and making sure they feel like they belong.

We are proud to be different and to train and play the Hollier Sports way.

  • Not sure which class is right for your player? Be objective when selecting your players class; sign them up for a class that they will be comfortable in, but will also challenge them enough to grow.

If you are deciding between two classes, choose the easier option as it is much better for your player's confidence to move up a level, rather than down. We take time to ensure that every player is in the best class for their development.

Still unsure? Contact us and tell us a bit about your player and situation!

  • Hollier Sports welcomes players of all skill levels. For beginners, we offer introductory programs that focus on basic skills, understanding the game, and building a love for the sport. Each new player is assessed to ensure they are placed in the right group to best support their development.

  • Depedning on the class, there are a couple of different answers to this question:

    GROUP CLASSES
As a group class we can't do make up sessions for illness. However we will make sure that your child catches up on anything missed in the class they are sick for.

    ONE-ONE SESSIONS
If you can give us 24 hours notice so that we can cancel our field booking and reorganise your Coach we can schedule a make up session for illness. There are maximum 2 make up sessions allowed for illness. Any less than 24 hours notice and the session is forfeited.

  • Depending on the situation surrounding the session cancelation, the process can vary- please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We try to be as accomodating as we can within the constraints of the organisation required.

  • The training envrioment that we create at Hollier Sports is very important to us. We want every player to feel comfortable, happy, creative and confident.

We praise good sportsmanship and encourage all our players to be courteuos, caring and resilient. We have a zero tollerance policy for bullying, swearing and putting other players down.

Please refer to our Behavioral Expactations for further information.
