Sessions in the Blue Class will be structured around a specific focus. This focus will be determined by the strengths and weaknesses of the group of players - customised for each group.

Sessions will be split into 3 components; first a drill with high repetitions of the skill/focus, second a drill/game with high success rate of the focus, and third a game situation where players can experiment and put the session focus into practice. Players will be given individual pointers and advice from coaches in order to tweak their technique or approach to have more success with the session focus.

Players will develop and improve advanced ball control and mastery and become more confident with the ball at their feet and begin to become autonomous players. This means that players will begin to shift their mindset from consciously thinking about what to do with their feet into what is happening on the field around them. Players will begin to think about movement off the ball and as a team, as well as thinking one step ahead before they receive the ball.
